What helps you relax?

For me, I usually play guitar. Usually something by Queen, Jimi Hendrix, or something I wrote. Other than that I can just go to some empty field near my house and just lie down under the trees and relax.

Playing the piano or the banjo (yes I have one of those) usually helps me.

Or just sitting outside and laying down some sweet Saxophone licks.

So anything musical

I like to sleep whenever I can, I just dislike waking up because I usually hurt after I wake up for whatever reason.

I find listening to music rather relaxing as well.

I do a lot of relaxing in general though. Like right now, I'm pretty relaxed.
